Just to share some Birthday Ideas for a Dinosaur Birthday Party :)

INVITATION CARD

I buat ala2 poster. Based on Movie Animation ICE AGE 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs

Notice ada 2 biji Dinosaur egg in the basket? ha tu la Pinata nyaa... Made from plaster paris, u campur air sket, then paste on balloon (tiup agak2 size telur dino yg dikehendaki) and let it dry. Jangan cover semua, leave a lubang for putting sweets, chocolate, wafer&small dinosaur toys in it. Bila dah keras/kering plaster paris tu, buang angin balloon, put sweet & small dino toy in it. Then seal lubang with paper&plaster paris. Best giler bila Birthday boy angkat and baling the huge egg, pecah & keluar all the sweets, chocolate and everything!

FOOD

I separated into 3 categories:

1. Meat Eater: CARNIVOR

2. Plant Eater: HERBIVOR

3. Candy Eater: SWEETIVOR

Semua food pun ada nama sendiri:

This is the Dino cake. chocolate cake je. Tapi letak candle bentuk Dinosaur (bought at The Party Shop). Lagi best kalau dapat fancy cake (royal icing), tapi this is my way to save budget hehe buat sendri kek. Spend money kat tempat lain seperti food or canopy...:P



This is *Dino egg chocolate : Melt cooking chocolate, mix/kacau dengan cornflakes and put in paper cup. Add sweet bentuk egg. So jadilah macam sarang dinosaur hihi

Below is dig time!

I make small dino eggs. Made from plaster paris, u campur air sket, then paste on balloon (tiup agak2 size telur dino) and let it dry. Jangan cover semua, leave a lubang for putting sweets&small dinosaur toys in it. Bila dah keras/kering plaster paris tu, buang angin balloon, put sweet & small dino toy in it. Then seal lubang with paper&plaster paris.

Letak all telur dino and cover with dirt sikit (dirt=tanah hitam beli kat Tesco hehe)

Below telur yang dah dipecahkan, actually quite fragile.

Below are gift yg ada dalam telur dino yg pecah tadi - 2 sweets & dino toy kecik. Dino toys kecik tu I got from Toys R Us.

Below pulak game dino-race.

I divide them into 2 groups.

Kids kena pakai kaki dinosaur - made from kotak tisu, balut dengan brown paper dan kuku dino tajam from colour paper. Then kena jalan, bawak telur (kulit telur, takdak isi dah) dalam sudu plastik. Jalan across the yard and put in bekas tersedia. Then continue dengan next kid. Group mana finish dulu = menang. Tapi semua pun dapat hadiah = mercun pop-pop (dino-mite! got it? hehe)

Lastly, the tough tail attack. Tie dino tail (from plastic bag stuffed with papers) and try to jatuhkan cans/tins. Also kids are divided into 2 groups :)

DECORATIONS

1. Birthday Boy costume: Face painting

2. Birthday boy costume: Dinosaur spike sewed on top of the hat-made by felt paper. And also T-Rex figure sewed in the middle of the t-shirt-made by felt paper.

3. Not to forget Birthday boy's mom: Stegosaurus's headgear from felt paper, glued to headband. As for Birthday boy's little sister, dinosaur spike sewed on hood + T-Rex figure sewed in the middle of the shirt-made from felt paper.

4. Dinosaur T-Rex huge helium balloon - RM40 from the Perty Shop

5. Dinosaur teeth/mouth at the cake cutting/photo session. Made from polystyrene, glue gun to woods (woods I arranged to shape of window)

Baju ni a bit bigger time tu. seluar dia panjang dari Mirza, so I jahit bagi pendek sket.
Rasanya sesuai untuk budak umur 3,4 & 5 tahun pun muat pakai ni.
